Milk Sleeps (“we”) runs milksleeps.com. This page explains what we collect when you visit or preorder, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, write to hello@milksleeps.com.

What we collect

  • Your preorder details: your email address and the size you choose.
  • Payment details: if you pay, Stripe processes your card and address. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Where you came from: your approximate country (worked out from your IP address, which we don’t store) and, if you arrived from an ad, which campaign it was.
  • Anonymous visit counts: we use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies and ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel to see which ads lead to preorders. It sets cookies and shares events such as “viewed the offer” or “preordered” with Meta. It only loads if you choose “That’s fine” on our cookie banner. To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser and you’ll be asked again.

How we use it

  • To manage your preorder and deliver your kit.
  • To email you about your order and about Milk Sleeps. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run Milk Sleeps: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), our email and order-management tools, and Meta (only if you accept cookies). We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your preorder details for as long as your order is open and for as long as the law requires for our records afterwards. If you’d like us to delete your details sooner, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@milksleeps.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
